About Aaron Reed

As an athletic performance coach with over 15 years of experience in health, fitness, and sports performance, I have dedicated my career to helping athletes of all ages reach their full potential. I specialize in program development, hypertrophy and strength training, speed and agility, nutrition planning, skills development, and force development. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of training more than 500 athletes, many of whom have gone on to compete at the collegiate and professional levels. My approach is rooted in research-based practices, customized to the unique needs of each athlete, whether they are looking to improve performance, prevent injury, or recover from one. In addition to my work as a Performance trainer, I volunteer as a track and field coach at Barrington High School, where I have the opportunity to give back to my community and mentor young athletes. My passion lies in helping athletes push their limits, optimize performance, and achieve long-term success, both on and off the field.
