I began my career with Apple, working in their renowned retail environments where exceptional customer service is the norm. This experience set a high standard for me, instilling a strong belief that personal and company success is driven by outstanding service, meticulous attention to detail, and continuous support. With well-honed customer service and interpersonal skills, I excel in all areas of customer interaction, whether face-to-face, over the phone, or through various support channels. I handle objections and complaints with ease, provide effective training and support, and am adept at troubleshooting. My approach is results-oriented, consistently striving for excellence. In 2013, I relocated from the UK to Romania, where I continued to develop my career in various customer service roles. I also expanded my expertise into WordPress website development, virtual machine management, and technical support. Currently, I work as a training SRE (System Reliability Engineer) for Yardi, a Santa Barbara-based real estate software company. This role leverages both my customer service experience and technical knowledge. However, I also handleIncident Management for one of Yardi's partners, WeWork, where I support high-priority incidents, ensuring quick and effective resolution. Beyond my corporate career, I am a passionate photographer, operating under the alias ALR Photography since 2012. My primary focus is portrait photography, both in-studio and on-location, but I have also covered numerous high-profile events and celebrities. Moreover, I founded and manage Cluj XYZ, a website dedicated to the English-speaking community in Cluj-Napoca. This project provides support, information, and access to services for individuals looking to live, work, invest, or visit the city.
