Mr. Roche is an estimator and project controls specialist with proven experience estimating design, construction, and feasibility studies for projects in various markets, including transportation, education, institutional, hospitality, commercial, parks & recreation, infrastructure, and land development. He has developed estimates at various stages of project development, from conceptual, schematic, and preliminary design, through final design and construction. Mr. Roche has also assisted in civil design of roadways and stormwater and sewage management systems, as well as performed duties as a surveyor.Using the experience accumulated from working on such assignments, he has developed a keen desire to be involved in projects of all types. The ways in which these projects can be constructed while keeping in mind environmental sustainability is a subject that is of particular interest.
