My early years on the wrestling mat, earning state and national titles and competing at the Division 1 collegiate level, instilled in me a deep humility and an understanding of integrity, effort, and reward. These experiences shaped my approach to leadership, teaching me when to be directive and when to offer support. I thrive on new opportunities, fostering an environment of engagement, encouragement, and innovation. My greatest strengths are those I surround myself with. My career has spanned diverse sectors, from aerospace and federal emergency management, to organic farming and education. In what I’d call a ‘career bingo’, each environment has reinforced my commitment to three key values: the importance of healthy environments and personal development, the power of diversity and innovation, and the superior results achieved by a well-functioning team. As I move forward, my aim is to align myself with innovative companies that share my passion for excellence, while building a farm in my off-time to provide my family with a healthy, outdoorsy, principle-driven lifestyle. You can find me outside pulling carrots, dressed in business casual. Balancing an inner world of calculations, opportunity costs, and data analytics with a love for fast cars, skydiving, and spontaneous hobbies, I navigate the fine line between professional excellence and personal fulfillment. This unique silver line fuels my ambition, steering me towards my goals, while keeping a midlife crisis at bay.
