I have served as Chief Compliance Officer at community and regional banks, as Compliance and BSA Officer at a large community bank, and directed servicing consumer practices compliance for a large super-regional bank. I am a commissioned compliance examiner (FDIC - 2010), and a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM - 2012). I have extensive experience in designing risk assessments, managing consumer complaints, exam management, resolving complex regulatory actions, vendor risk management, and evaluating compliance with Fair Lending, UDAAP, and Community Reinvestment laws and regulations.
