Since being licensed in 2005, I have experienced the best of times and the worst of times in the Arizona Real Estate market. My approach has always been to educate the public. Purchasing a home or property is a BIG investment. Selling a home or property involves a financial decision. So the process must be treated properly, respectfully and delicately. Regardless if you have invested/sold before or it's your first time, the market is always changing and my teachers approach has been greatly appreciated by many. I've learned that Real Estate is much like Chess; to successfully move ahead you must constantly analyze, be strategic and patience is key. I love and encourage questions.
