About Aaron Sanko

Aaron Sanko is a Performing Arts Executive with a diverse background in artistic and non-artistic ventures. He is currently CEO of UIA Talent Agency, representing a diverse roster of talent including classical singers, actors, directors, conductors, and choreographers. He founded The Cruxory Group, LLC based in New York City, which provides management advisory services to performing arts producing and service entities, and counsels individual artists offering business management services. In addition, Mr. Sanko is the CEO of Sanko Ventures, a theatrical production entity, and maintains an active role in producing commercial theatre in and beyond New York City. Sanko Ventures was recently represented on Broadway by the 2015 Tony-award nominated Deaf West Theatre revival of Spring Awakening, and in LA with Sondheim’s Merrily We Roll Along at The Wallis Annenberg Theatre in Beverly Hills. Sanko’s resume also includes leadership roles at corporations including Best Buy and Starbucks, serving in human resources, operations, and new market development roles. Earlier in his career, Mr. Sanko was an actor, singer, music director, and educator. Mr. Sanko takes pride in service to the community and regularly contributes to the efforts of nonprofit organizations with social, educational, or developmental missions. Highlights include serving on the Development Committee of The Neutral Zone, a youth center in Ann Arbor, MI; and supporting Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS as it develops new emerging professionals’ initiatives. He graduated from the Interlochen Arts Academy before studying Voice and Music Education at the Eastman School of Music. Additionally, he earned a degree in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University and is an alumnus of the intensive programs at The Broadway League’s Commercial Theatre Institute.
