About Aaron Schaffer

18 years in the IT industry has taught me that no project, acquisition, nor time-period has the same technological resolution as the one before it. The pivot from ‘keeping the lights on’ IT to driving business via technology has been, and is, a steep curve, but one that allows motivated thinkers and implementors to move ahead of the business standard. Today, the technological tools used to operate and manage a company can be as important as the product or service that is core to the business. Over my time as an Engineer, Solutions Architect, and Senior Leader, technology has provided a path to shaping the foundation of the operations of multiple companies. Successfully implementing efficient technology solutions from undefined to highly detailed processes has allowed employees and leaders to execute effectively in their role(s) and provide transparency to the performance of a product, business unit, and/or portfolio company more effectively.Success in these projects, and many others like them, also led to the confidence of Chaired Officers to entrust me to Manage, Flip, Document, and Pass-Off operational departments. As well as to rise to a position in leadership.Ultimately, success cannot be attained alone. Excelling in communication, collaboration, and leadership is vital. I am a firm believer that if you set up your team(s) for success they will prove you right and add to your value stream.
