I am a Chartered Accountant managing a portfolio of ambitious, fast-growing businesses, primarily across the Tech and Web3 sectors. My passion lies in helping founders and leadership teams scale confidently by taking advantage of innovative accounting and finance practices to help achieve strategic growth goals. Whilst I cover accounting and tax practices for tech in general, I have developed forward-looking Crypto accounting solutions, such as bespoke tools that adapt traditional accounting systems to seamlessly integrate with cryptoasset transactions. This hybrid model allows businesses to remain crypto-native while staying fully compliant with the existing regulatory framework. I have also built advanced, in-house tools designed to meet HMRC’s disposal matching rules, enabling accurate and verifiable crypto taxation services for both UK individuals and companies. Drawing on extensive hands-on experience in the Web3 space, I’ve been involved in high-impact advisory engagements, including a major $4 billion AUM staking firm acquisition.
