Four years of information technology led me to meet amazing people from most subjects in computer science allowing me to enjoy all aspects of I.T. Working in I.T, I completed large scale projects, have administered many platforms and software, also, I worked as a team lead with little to no supervision. Some completed projects include. Networking warehouses For shipping departments, receiving departments, production departments and configuring their workstations with the appropriate software. Procuring remote retail locations Configuring workstations then shipping them, FedEx Freight, to remote locations all over the United States. Once the shipment reaches its destination, I would then guide the users to set up their workstations and then remote into their computers to connect peripherals and troubleshoot anything they may need. Managed Internet Service Providers As retail locations were commissioned or decommissioned, I would handle the internet service providers. Setting up production lines In a supply chain environment, I would set up production lines according to the customer specifications, from security to applications and hardware.
