About Aaron Senn

I have spent half my life in the Scouting movement, Scouts have provided me with excellent leadership and teamwork skills. I volunteered my time a lot with my scout group; planting trees in local parks and lots for plant a tree day, before the pandemic I volunteered a lot of my time helping at a retirement home (mostly gardening and moving things around). I organised and raised for the local animal shelter in Dapto where I grew up. Working with the community from a young age taught me a lot about customer service and getting out of my comfort zone. My working career starts with a job at a chicken shop while I was at school and then I was a Dominos delivery driver. Both jobs introduced me to different types of management and standards, it involved a lot of cleaning and improved my time management skills, both very heavily customer service based. In 2019 I moved up to Sydney for a job at Kathmandu, this job was perfect because I have a lot of experience with the products and trips the customers would be going on. I learned as much as I could about the products and the customers to become the best salesperson I could, after that, I started to ask questions about the store and how the systems worked, pretty soon I was handling the stock from delivery to shelves, adjusting the systems whenever a discrepancy came up, I am next in line to become the 3IC manager.
