Aaron is a 2021 graduate of the Insurance Institute of Canada, having earned his Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation. He is currently awaiting his February 2026 convocation from Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU), where he will receive a Diploma in Criminology. His academic achievements also include Diplomas in Business Management and Police Sciences (Law Enforcement & Protection), both completed with highest honors. Aaron is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Throughout his career at ICBC, he has consistently scored 9/10 or higher on the industry-standard Net Promoter Score survey and has been repeatedly recognized by Service Quality Management (SQM) for world-class service. Before entering the property and casualty (P&C) insurance industry in 2015, Aaron built a strong foundation in sales. He ranked 3rd nationally with Aaron’s Furniture, held the #1 sales position in BC at Koodo Mobile as a part-time employee, and earned multiple nominations and awards for sales excellence at Steve Nash Fitness World. There, he led rookie performance metrics by generating the highest customer traffic through direct interaction, B2B outreach, and social media marketing. Aaron found his calling in the P&C industry and has been steadily advancing ever since. His long-term goal is to combine his claims expertise and academic background to pursue a career in insurance fraud prevention. Driven, disciplined, and self-motivated, Aaron brings a tireless work ethic to everything he does. Outside of work, he is a devoted father and a strong advocate for mental health—an issue deeply important to him.
