I have had the opportunity to meet and work with some amazing people over the years. A diverse background has brought me to new concepts and certainly helped define the "outside the box" approach with a relentless (never take the 1st no for an answer) mentality to problem-solving. The Home Depot has helped me place value upon the People, Process, and Systems in place while leveraging the voice of our associates to drive performance and continuous improvement. We prioritize the development of diverse talent of our people from within, to continue to grow our as we say,"endless shopping aisles" of opportunity while supporting our supply chain initiatives. I am currently responsible for Crown Bolt DC operations servicing 600 stores in the Mid-South / South-Eastern US. It is an exciting company and industry to be a part of as we support our stores in creating the culture of sales.
