About Aaron Sims

With nearly a decade of experience as a Cardiovascular Sonographer and a passion for helping women, especially those in healthcare, reclaim their lives, I bridge the worlds of medicine, mindset, and mentorship to create a lasting impact. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Cardiovascular Technology from the University of South Carolina, Columbia, and I’m certified through ARDMS, RVT, RDCS, and BLS. My clinical background has shaped not only my technical skills but also my compassion, emotional intelligence, and ability to lead in high-pressure environments. These are the same strengths I bring into the coaching space. As the founder of The Harmony Within Academy and Semone’s Prosperity Enterprise LLC, I help women, particularly black women in healthcare, overcome burnout, deepen their self-awareness, and build more fulfilling lives. I am a Certified Life Coach through USC Lancaster, a graduate of the Women’s Entrepreneurship Program through Cornell University and Bank of America, and a certified real estate investor through the Make Real Estate Real program. I’ve also completed the Flight Assessment with Dr. Eric Thomas, which gave me deeper insight into behavioral styles, personal growth, and leadership. My work is rooted in lived experience. I know what it’s like to constantly pour into others while quietly running on empty. That’s why I’ve created coaching programs, transformational retreats, and digital wellness resources that center healing, purpose, and fulfillment. My mission is to support women in stepping into their next level with clarity and confidence.
