A strategic salesmen at heart with a payments and FinTech career that spans over twenty years as an established and proven leader with a strong track record, Slominski has a diverse background. These include: recruiting executives, enterprise sales, business development, portfolio analysis/valuation, M&A, contract negotiation (SMB and Enterprise) building sales forces, recruiting channel distribution partners, developing innovative and successful marketing strategy and branding. While believing the key to a good sales team starts with a solid operational foundation, Slominski has also enjoyed roles contributing to and building operational teams that can support all of the aforementioned. Deeply rooted and passionate about partnerships and has been fortunate to have worked with some of the best and brightest minds in business. Consistently adding value to clients, personal mantra is that relationships matter, and that’s the credo Slominski stands behind. Slominski is currently consulting for various organizations at Anadyne while also a Board member of dynamic organizations. In his diverse but aligned background, Slominski works on Mergers and Acquisitions in the ever changing dynamic FinTech, Payments and SaaS marketplace as well as helps build and scale sales organizations.
