His background is marked by achievements in problem-solving, regulatory compliance, and leadership in the production of health products, particularly in the field of Active Implantable Medical Devices (AIMD). In his previous capacity, Aaron led a team of production engineers in the manufacturing and operations of Y90 Sirspheres microspheres, where he successfully commissioned a small-scale AIMD production plant. His strategic leadership facilitated reduction in operational costs through improvements in radiation dosimetry services and enhanced operational efficiency by optimizing inventory turnover.
