Project Management • Managed consultants and contractors for contracts in excess of S$42.4 million. • Reviewed various contracts and other legal documents. • Liaised on development approval matters with relevant stakeholders and government authorities from various agencies such as LTA, BCA, URA, NEA, PUB, Nparks. • Lead and managed the development of a detached house project and a strata landed project. • Reviewing variation orders and project expenses versus budget. Business development: • Evaluation and analysis of potential residential development opportunities in Singapore. Finance • Liaising with bankers to obtain project financing. • Review of loan contracts and other related legal documents. Marketing • In charge of website creation and marketing collaterals such as sales brochure creation. Customer Management: • Managing post sales engagement with the customer. • Liaising with potential buyers and agents. Currently pursuing a Masters in Real Estate at NUS and will graduate in November 2021. I developed and sold a landed property in Clementi during my time with Cluny. I was also invovled in the development of six strata landed properties along Cluny Park Road. I have also managed consultants, authorities, stakeholders, and sales team as part of the development process. Other roles I was involved in included cost control, approving variation orders as well as relationship management with the potential buyers. Miscellaneous activities included coordination with independent contractors to rectify defects and damages.
