I am a results-focused executive with comprehensive experience directing sustainable and innovative development projects for various startups and award-winning organizations across the US. My career experience has provided me with a diverse background in emerging industry regulatory navigation, industry development, and all scales of commercial planning and construction projects. With 3 successfully launched startups from Texas to California under my belt in various industries I continuously focus on profitability, people, value, and market adaptation. My education and professional journey began in architecture in Florida and Texas, focusing on sustainable design and planning. Having the opportunity to work on various national and international projects in award-winning firms, I honed my skills in project design development and managing medium to large-scale commercial architecture and construction projects. I then transitioned into a consulting role on the central coast of California where I navigated complex jurisdictional relationships and successfully pursued contentious licenses and permits across multiple jurisdictions. My understanding of land entitlements and planning, coupled with an ability to envision the potentialities and limitations of land usage, enabled me to acquire unprecedented licensing. This journey has not only broadened my professional expertise but also deepened my understanding of regulatory frameworks and their intersections with architecture, real estate, and business development. I continue to leverage these experiences toward all emerging industries and controversial projects. After consulting, I have been founding and operating startups for the past 6 plus years in California. I have over a decade of professional leadership experience in product manufacturing, consumer packaged goods brand development, and launching brick-and-mortar businesses. In my most current venture, I helped grow a small unique hospitality and CPG business into a multimillion-dollar venture.
