With over 19 years of experience in reliability, maintainability, and technical engineering, I am a seasoned professional in the aerospace and defense industry. I currently work as a Reliability Engineer Analyst at Salas O'Brien, a leading engineering and consulting firm that serves clients across the federal, commercial, and educational sectors. In my role, I apply my expertise in reliability analysis, root cause analysis, failure modes and effects criticality analysis, and reliability centered maintenance to deliver optimal solutions for complex and critical systems and projects. Some of my recent projects include NASA Tiered Maintenance Program, NIST Total Cost of Ownership, and NASA Job Plan Analysis. I also have a strong background in technical writing, having developed and maintained various reliability documents, manuals, and reports. I am a Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP), demonstrating my proficiency and passion for this field.
