About Aaron Tabone

Aaron Tabone is challenging the Aged Care sector to expect more. Aaron’s passion for Education and Information Technology, have allowed him to do this through his two latest endeavours – Founding Seed Education and developing digital systems for the Aged Care sector. Aaron’s analysis skills, his ability to make the complex simple, combined with his passion for technology and education, put him in a unique position to pursue these latest adventures. Aaron is the Founder of Seed Education; the RTO that challenges traditional learning by providing immersive, student-centric, outcome-focused Aged Care Education in Aged Care Facilities. Aaron developed the Personal Care Mastery Program which to date has over 95% of graduates employed. Seed graduates are in demand due to the RTO’s small workshop sizes, learning that challenges students to understand the ‘why’, extensive selection process and Remarkable Trainers being onsite throughout the program. Aaron is leading Provider Assist’s digital development projects to link data from multiple complex sources, systemise processes, develop tools and launch systems that will change the Aged Care sector. All systems Aaron is developing use an agile development methodology, which adopts a ‘People First, Business Second and Technology Third’ approach to ensure systems experience maximum utilisation to improve business outcomes. Aaron actively works on all digital projects from concept and algorithm design through to implementation. As a result of these systems, the Aged Care sector will be able to focus on what they do best – providing Remarkable Care as a result of the efficiencies the information, systems and processes will provide. Aaron is passionate about ensuring organisations achieve their vision by leveraging the power of technology and people through people-centric digital processes, systemisation and education.
