I'm a strategic leader passionate about advancing higher education and creating meaningful impact for students and communities. I've worked in higher education for over 20 years, focusing on partnerships, revenue generation, program development, coaching, and mentorship. Currently serving as Assistant Director for Strategic Initiatives at Associated Students Inc, Cal State Fullerton, I developed the 2025-2030 strategic plan and am leading efforts to secure funding for student wellness initiatives. I've generated over $1.5 million in gifts, grants, and sponsorships throughout my career, but what truly energizes me is mentoring teams and seeing how these resources create better opportunities for students. My background spans athletics marketing, recreation center management, and institutional advancement. Having led diverse teams of up to 125 staff members, I'm passionate about coaching colleagues and developing the next generation of higher education professionals.
