As the NOC Supervisor at PDI Technologies, a global leader in managed network security services, I oversee the daily operations and performance of the network operations center and the security operations center. I have more than 8 years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong background in network administration, security, and troubleshooting. I hold an ITIL 4 Foundation certification, which demonstrates my knowledge and understanding of the best practices and frameworks for IT service management. I also have the Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Certified Network Professional certifications for Cradlepoint management. My core competencies include managing and mentoring a team of technicians, ensuring the quality and efficiency of network and security services, resolving complex technical issues, creating KPIs, creating SOPs and providing excellent customer service. I am also skilled in using various tools and protocols, such as TCP/IP, Wireshark, Cisco products, Palo Alto, Cradlepoint and Fortinet products, to monitor and optimize network performance and security.
