Background
About Aaron Weber
Since completing my B.S. in Environmental Science, I've spent 5 years working with pollinators, parasitoid wasps, and microbial biocontrol agents. Projects I've worked on include developing laboratory rearing methods for invasive beetles, evaluating areas where honey bee survival rates are highest in New England, and determining the impact of microgravity on bees in space. As an undergraduate, I concentrated largely on ecosystem ecology and conservation. I've always been interested in how we can produce agricultural products in a way that enhances rather than degrades our environment. Aside from research I also have an administration background having served as a supply manager, research coordinator, and purchasing agent for two university laboratories.
