About Aaron Weir

I am the CEO and founder of Leadwave Technologies Inc, a company I proudly started in 2006. Over the years, Leadwave has grown to serve businesses in 27 cities across Ontario and several U.S. locations. Our growth has been fueled by organic growth and strategic acquisitions of four other IT Service businesses, which expanded both our footprint and our talented team. My journey with Leadwave began as a hands-on field technician, working directly with clients to build the foundation of what Leadwave is today. With 26 years of experience in the IT industry, my passion for technology and problem-solving continues to drive my leadership and vision. Born and raised in Sarnia, Ontario, I discovered my love for technology at age 16 through a co-op placement at a local computer store. I honed my skills at Lambton College, completing an accelerated program and earning multiple industry certifications, including: What I value most is working alongside an incredible team and serving exceptional clients. Their dedication and trust have been instrumental in Leadwave's success. Outside of work, I remain deeply connected to the Sarnia community and am committed to fostering innovation and growth in the tech industry. Let’s connect!
