What I love most about my role at Fuse Recruitment is the opportunity to make real, lasting connections - between people, careers and businesses. With over eight years of industry experience, I understand the unique challenges and rewards that come with working in insurance, financeand wealth management. I specialise in recruiting junior to executive roles across the following areas- Broking - Underwriting - Claims - Insurance Bulding - Service Providers eg: Premium Funding, Insuretech, Legal etc - Superannuation - Financial Planning - Mortgage Broking Because I’ve walked in these shoes myself, I don’t just look at skills on a résumé — I take the time to understand what makes someone tick, what they’re passionate about, and where they want to go. Likewise, I work closely with businesses to find people who not only have the right experience but also share their values and vision. For me, recruitment is personal.
