I am a learning and development leader with over 21 years of experience in the call center and outsourcing industry. My core competencies include designing and delivering talent programs, enhancing employee and customer experience, and achieving business goals and objectives. In my most recent role as the Global Head of Learning and Development at Alvaria, Inc, I collaborated with senior executives and directors to define and execute knowledge management and training strategies across multiple accounts and sites. I created and implemented a knowledge management system that captured and shared best practices, reduced time to proficiency, and increased user retention. I also led a team of technical trainers and coordinated the content and delivery of training curricula and materials. Previously, I was a Senior Operations Manager at Sykes Enterprises, where I managed the support services, key performance measures, revenue and gross profit, and succession plans for multiple accounts, which consistently achieved green scorecards. I have extensive expertise in instructional design, e-learning development, leadership development, and change management. I am proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Amazon Connect, CS Reports, and PowerBI.
