Ayurvedic & Yogic Healthcare Professional and Ayurvedic Lifestyle and Diet Consultant. Aarti is the founder and Director of Aarti's Ayurved Center, LLC. She is a classically trained Ayurvedic Vaidya and a certified Yoga Therapist from India. She has a bachelor’s degree in Ayurveda from the Government College of Ayurveda, Mumbai, and a Yoga Therapist certification from YCB, Ayush ministry, India and a diploma certification of Yoga teacher training course from AIECCE, New Delhi. She has been practicing Ayurveda for the past 20 years. She is a regular Yoga practitioner. She is an active member of NAMA: National Ayurvedic Medical Association. She has also worked as an R&D Executive in herbal division of Cipla Pharmaceuticals in India for five years. Aarti is passionate about Ayurveda and Yoga, as these both are complete holistic oriental sciences of life which work on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level of an individual. During her healthcare consultations with individuals, she discusses the Fundamental Principles of Ayurveda and performs a genetic constitutional evaluation and makes dietary and herbal recommendations based on Ayurvedic principles. She makes a personalized tailor-made diet plan and discusses Yoga and other feasible exercises to suit an individual’s needs.
