For over a decade, I have worked alongside communities, grassroots organisations, and advocacy networks to advance human rights and strengthen systems of protection. My work has spanned programme management, organisational development, and policy advocacy—ensuring that resources, strategies, and structures are aligned with the realities on the ground. I have managed multi-year grants, supported local organisations in governance and finance, and worked on strengthening protection systems for vulnerable groups. Collaboration has been central to my approach, whether working with civil society, donors, or governments to drive meaningful change. My focus has always been on building resilient organisations and sustainable programmes that centre the voices and rights of the communities they serve.
