Dr. Aarti Joshi is a distinguished academician and an internationally certified trainer with over 21+ years of experience in higher education and an impressive track record of conducting more than 50+ training sessions. She holds a Ph.D. in Marketing and an MBA with dual specializations in Marketing and Systems, along with UGC NET certification in Management. Over the past six years, Dr. Joshi has served as the Dean and Director of the School of Management at RK University, where she has played a transformative role in shaping the institution’s academic and operational strategies.As Dean and Director, Dr. Joshi oversees curriculum development, faculty mentorship, and student engagement initiatives, fostering a culture of academic excellence and innovation. She has been also responsible for establishing industry partnerships and professional development programs that equip students with practical skills for the corporate world. Her strategic vision has significantly contributed to enhancing the institution’s reputation across state, national, and international platforms.Dr. Joshi has served as Project Manager for two European Union ERASMUS+ co-funded initiatives, furthering RK University’s global academic network. She has represented the School of Management at numerous high-profile conferences, presenting research on marketing, advertising, and communication. Her research has been widely published in esteemed journals, including those indexed by UGC Care, Taylor & Francis, SCOPUS, EBSCO, and Web of Science.In addition to her leadership responsibilities, Dr. Joshi had been actively involved in the Marketing Club, where she organized events such BizVista the Flagship event as well as the Ad-Mad competitions and business quizzes to enhance students’ practical marketing skills. Her teaching portfolio covers Communication Skills, Marketing Management, Integrated Marketing Communications, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, and Retailing, with interactive methods—like using movie clips in Organizational Behavior classes—that make learning dynamic and engaging. A dedicated mentor and counselor, Dr. Joshi has guided numerous students, preparing them for successful corporate careers.Dr. Joshi also managed the School of Management’s social media handles and edits the institution’s monthly newsletter, SpaRKUp.
