My primary duties include assisting with client relations and development, counsellor training, application management, quality control, event organization, marketing, and business development. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Delhi, which has provided me with a deep understanding of different cultures and perspectives from around the world. With over seven years of experience working at IDP, I have honed my communication, presentation, teamwork, flexibility, and problem-solving skills. My passion for international education and my ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds are my core strengths. I possess exceptional customer service skills, and I am proficient in building relationships, training, leadership, critical thinking, analytical skills, and continuous learning.
