My role spans marketing, sales, business development and strategic planning - equipping me with a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to bring properties from inception to completion, ensuring each project reflects not only functionality and purpose, but also sustainability. Real estate captivates me because it sits at the intersection of marketing and finance, allowing me to leverage my strategic mindset while pushing the boundaries of industry standards. Recently, I’ve delved into the digital marketing side of residential real estate, exploring how strategic, data-driven campaigns can resonate with potential residents and bring properties to life online. From highlighting design features that appeal to lifestyle aspirations to leveraging analytics to better understand what truly matters to future residents, I’m learning how it can bridge the gap between visionary spaces and the communities they’re built for.My journey began with CIMA, where I ranked nationally across multiple case studies, honing my skills in strategic analysis and problem-solving. At Tattvam, I’m now excited to apply that knowledge to projects that challenge conventional norms, setting new standards for sustainable and impactful real estate. Each experience here shapes not only my present work but also my vision for the future in the industry.
