About Aarushi Magan

With 7+ years of work experience across Management Consulting and PE portfolio operations, I am passionate about supporting organizations fuel growth and achieve bold ambitions that create value for customers, stakeholders, and society. As a Consultant at McKinsey & Company, I apply my skills in data analysis, conceptual problem-solving, and executive communication to solve complex, ambiguous problems and drive impactful solutions primarily for Consumer, Retail, Food & Beverage clients across the value chain. I have extensive experience across Strategy & Operations topics, including (but not limited to) go-to-market (GTM), omnichannel, network strategy, and last-mile delivery strategy development. I leverage my previous experience at 3G Capital-owned Restaurant Brands International (RBI Inc, parent company of Burger King, Tim Hortons and Popeyes), where I executed leadership priorities, drove profitability, and led operational transformation projects, including several new market entry projects. I believe in a "high impact, low ego" team mindset that fosters collaboration and cross-learning.
