Background

About Aasha Foley

Lawyer & mum • Insightful, driven & precise • I am fortunate enough to be the Managing Director of Foley Douglas, leading a wonderful bunch of lawyers and legal administrators to be the best they can be. I am a specialist corporate and commercial contract lawyer with niche experiences across complex mixed-use property development, corporate and development finance, intellectual property commercialisation, capital raising, commercial and employment law. My career has afforded me the opportunity to experience a wide range of complex transactions for a diverse range of small to medium businesses who are experts in their fields. It has been my determination for achieving accuracy and results that sees me succeed in whatever I do. I am a reliable advisor to my clients – being adept at anticipating outcomes, identifying opportunities, ‘smelling smoke’ and putting out fires. My intuition, or ‘sixth sense’ as some people may call it, makes me a pragmatic, thoughtful and concise lawyer. When I am not at work, you will find me spending time with my family, experiencing our beautiful country. Looking after and encouraging the people I love is what motivates me. It’s this same compassion that I believe makes me great at what I do. Send me a message, get in touch via email at aasha@foleydouglas.co.nz or give me a call on +64 21 147 5687.
