I have been fascinated with Houses, the Design, materials, ergonomics and more since my childhood. I always wanted to build something beautiful, not just to look at but in totality. After engineering, I chose to work at Maytas Properties to pursue my passion of Home Building where I experienced the facets of Architectural Design, Quality and Innovation. These principles have ever since guided me and have made an impromptu Advisor on Home Buying in my extended circle. Imbibed with principles of Quality Design, Sustainability and Practicality at my core I have honed the most important skill of Real Estate which is to identify the right property by studying thousands of properties. Having made several investments in Real Estate both individually and with prominent players, I have now ventured into development through my company Green Vistas Realty. After honing my skills to become an Entrepreneur at Indian Institute of Management, Indore I took the opportunity to work across a wide spectrum of Industries ranging from Banking to F&B to Fashion before coming back to Real Estate, my passion. In my years of experience at ICICI Bank, I learnt Business Development, Networking and getting things done in Government. 3M Car Care gave me an understanding of Stellar Customer Service, Sales and Operations. Co-Founding Sanjos Donuts gave me brilliant insights on how to start-up a business, Branding & Marketing.
