As an experienced Risk Analyst, I have a proven track record of identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks in various industries. I am currently serving as a Risk Analyst-Manager (Unsecured-MSME) at Inditrade Capital Limited in Mumbai, where I analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness. I have a strong expertise in MOB Analysis, Static Pool Analysis, Collection Efficiency, and Resolution Analysis.Prior to Inditrade Capital Limited, I served as a Risk Analyst-Manager (Microfinance Loan) at RBL Finserve in Mumbai, where I developed a model on Loss Forecasting and created dashboards for operational and credit risk. I automated reports by creating BRDs for the IT team and validated demand data that needed to be circulated to the field for collection purposes. I also developed an outreach and saturation index to check if a particular area was suitable for commencing fresh business. Earlier in my career, I served as an Assistant Manager-Risk at Samasta Microfinance Limited in Bangalore, where I analyzed current risks and identified potential risks affecting the company. I liaised with technical teams for the eradication of errors/changes to be made in the Collection report. I conducted scenario analysis on collections during trigger events and stress testing following IGAAP and RBI guidelines to find out the liquidity position of the firm on a quarterly basis. I also developed a contingency funding plan and identified trends to provide insight and analysis to business/stakeholder teams for self-direction. I developed Risk dashboard in BI Tools (Power-BI/Tableau) and coordinated with external vendors (Cynepia) for generating Risk Reports and Dashboards.I possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail, which have helped me excel in my profession.
