I currently work in Business Finance at Standard Chartered Bank where I head the Markets business finance team and co-lead the CIB country finance team in India, managing a team of ~25 full time employees. I have experience across multiple global banks spanning strategic advisory, financial data analytics and product control. I have worked in multiple major global financial centres in a short term assignment/full time capacity as well as in multiple locations across India. I have a demonstrable track record as a top people and thought leader. My core technical competencies include delivering business insights and commercially sound recommendations to business and finance leaders, driving allocation of resources, influencing business strategy and enabling delivery of performance objectives. In particular I have a deep understanding of the Markets product offering, spanning Equities, FX, Rates, Credit, and Commodities derivatives. I am passionate about enhancing the value proposition of the finance function and supporting the growth and sustainability of the businesses I oversee.
