My role is responsible for effective and efficient management of the Remuneration and Benefits team and all matters related to the remuneration & benefits of employees in line with the HR - Shared Service Centre Sope. I maintain the remuneration & benefits policy implementation for the business and ensure adequate reporting is provided to track spend on various benefits. In this role I am responsible for extensive support during the budgeting process and preparation of the ICHOR files. Liaising with the NBC (National Bargaining Council) office on occasion. Key internal stakeholders are the HR Business Partners, SAREG Payroll and HRIS teams who will be reliant on the efficiency of the Rem & Bens Team to ensure accurate reporting to HQ. External stakeholders will include service providers for Medical Insurance, Retirement Benefits and Insurance Schemes as and other benefit schemes where required.
