During my academic journey, I have undertaken enriching internships and held key roles within the Training and Placement Cell of Sant Hirdaram Institute of Management, Bhopal. Career Aspirations: My ambition is to carve a niche in HR, particularly in Learning & Development, HR generalist roles, compensation & benefits management, employee engagement, and recruitment. I am committed to leveraging my skills, experiences, and passion for HR to drive organizational success and foster a culture of growth and development. HR Internship Experience: With over 6 months of hands-on experience in the HR domain, I have honed my skills in end-to-end recruitment, team management, HR generalist activities, employee engagement, and compensation and benefits administration. I excel in communication, leadership, and have proficiency in utilizing HRIS, ATS, and other IT tools to streamline HR processes. Digital Marketing Expertise: Additionally, my 6-month internship in digital marketing and market research has equipped me with skills in poster, video, and presentation designing using Canva, conducting Google X-ray searches, managing social media platforms, and database management via Google Sheets. Training and Placement Cell Leadership: As an integral part of the Training and Placement Cell for the past 3 years, I have contributed significantly to enhancing student employability through training, personality development, performance measurement, and grooming initiatives. My experience encompasses LMS administration, analytics, and fostering strong relationships with industry partners.
