Growth vs. Quality” is often seen as a trade-off in many industries. My North Star is to drive business growth without compromising on quality. I currently work as a QA Manager, driving automation strategy, quality enablement, and Agile best practices to deliver reliable, scalable, and customer-centric software. With 14 years in IT, I’ve collaborated with distributed teams across the USA, Canada, UK, South America, Germany & India. Throughout my career, I’ve had the unique opportunity to wear multiple hats—including Product Owner, Scrum Master, QA Manager, Automation Lead & Engineer and Resource Manager, among others. Having been embedded within teams during the early part of my career, and later leading them from the outside in numerous leadership roles, I have gained a well-rounded understanding of the software development lifecycle and a deep appreciation for cross-functional alignment. They’ve helped me balance customer value, delivery speed, and engineering quality while connecting the dots between strategy, execution, and technical implementation. My foundation in Quality Assurance & Test Automation (Java, C#) allows me to bring both a code-level perspective and a customer-first mindset. I focus on building products that-Solve meaningful user problems -Address pain points -Deliver intuitive, value-driven experiences A firm believer in Shift-Left Testing, I coach teams to get early feedback, identify risks early in the SDLC, and embed quality in every phase. I encourage innovation in testing—not just to “pass tests,” but to build trustworthy software. In my current leadership role, I also lead resource planning, hiring, and people management.
