Currently working as Product Manager at Portescap(part of Regal Rexnord), a global leader in miniature motion solutions, with over 9 years of work experience in marketing, sales, and engineering. I have an MBA in Marketing and a BE in Mechanical Engineering, and I use my diverse skills and knowledge to deliver high-performance and customized products to our customers across various industries and applications.My greatest achievement would be receiving the prestigious Fortive value award as well as team excellence award 2 times during my tenure with Portescap.In my current role, I lead the Product line management for Portescap for NA and Asia and I am responsible for improving the profitability of NA and Asia business and also ensuring that right projects are targeted by the sales team which justify the use of company resources, improving the RFQ turnaround time, negotiating with customers regarding the final price of our motors, working with the cross-functional team to address customer pain points like lead time and quality, leading the Tollgate process and Global funnel calls which is achieved by working closely with the management team, preparing and sustaining the dynamic pricelist and launching the new catalogue. I have successfully achieved the revenue targets set for me, and I have also managed to achieve a significant price increase and design win revenue for Portescap. I am motivated by the mission of creating value and impact for our organization and industry, and I strive to continuously improve our processes, products, and customer satisfaction.
