Background

About Aayush Sadhoo

I’m an experienced Operations Manager with 8+ years in US Collections at Encore Capital Group, leading high-performance teams of 20–30 associates on large recovery portfolios. I’ve consistently delivered strong business impact — achieving zero attrition, maintaining 100% compliance scores (Jan 2025–Present), and driving a 15% improvement in recovery through data-driven dialer strategies and team performance management. Alongside operations, I have hands-on experience in MIS reporting, dashboard creation, and workforce planning. To strengthen my analytics skill set, I’m currently completing a Data Science certification with Scaler, with practical skills in SQL, Power BI, and advanced Excel. I’m now looking to grow into roles where I can combine my deep domain expertise with strong analytics, reporting, or workforce management — delivering clear insights and smarter decisions for high-impact collections or risk processes. Let’s connect if you’re hiring for Operations, MIS, WFM, or Analytics roles in Gurgaon/NCR!
