Currently, part of the Brokerage Properties and Services team at The Ruthvens, I bring over a decade of experience in industrial development, regulatory navigation, and business expansion strategies. Previously, I served as Vice President of Business Development at the Lakeland Economic Development Council (LEDC), where I worked closely with stakeholders to attract high-skill, high-wage industries to Lakeland. From site selection to occupancy, I managed complex development processes, always with a focus on collaboration, results, and long-term impact. During my eight years with the City of Lakeland’s Community and Economic Development Department, I gained firsthand experience with the regulatory side of commercial development. That foundation has allowed me to effectively bridge the gap between business goals and government processes, streamlining projects and driving growth from both sides of the table.
