At HEAT GmbH, I head the Acquisition Unit, connecting mission-driven organizations with the resources, expertise, and partnerships they need to scale impact across Europe, Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Middle East. I specialize in complex bids and consortium building—leading end-to-end proposal design, recruiting cross-functional expert teams, and negotiating with donors, NGOs, government agencies, and private-sector partners. To date, I’ve coordinated over €100 million in donor-funded projects across four continents. Before relocating to Germany, I led agricultural value-chain and employment programs with GFA Consulting Group and GIZ in Afghanistan. I coordinated field teams, backstopped operations, and embedded innovation into day-to-day delivery—experience that keeps me grounded in implementation realities while I chart strategic growth. Multilingual and culturally fluent (English, Swedish, Dari, Pashto, plus working German, Hindi, and Urdu), I enjoy building resilient, inclusive teams that can deliver on EU-funded projects, climate resilience mandates, migration-focused programs, and sustainable economic transitions.
