I’m proud to be one of the most trusted names in legal recruiting in South Florida and beyond. For over two decades, I’ve built my career on a deep understanding of the legal market and a strong commitment to helping both attorneys and law firms thrive. I launched Bunt Legal Search in after beginning my career at two prestigious firms—Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP in New York and Steel Hector & Davis LLP in Miami. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of placing hundreds of partners, counsel, and associates at AM Law 100 and 200 firms, as well as top regional and boutique firms throughout South Florida. I understand the nuances that make each firm and candidate unique, and I pride myself on making matches that are both strategic and long-lasting. In addition to law firm placements, I’ve helped in-house legal departments across industries hire counsel at all levels, from junior roles to General Counsel. Whether I’m working with attorneys making pivotal career moves or advising firms on hiring strategy, I bring a personal, discreet, and thoughtful approach to every engagement. I’ve also had the honor of sharing my insights with law students and alumni at Harvard and Columbia Law Schools, and I remain actively involved in the legal recruiting community as a member and former board member of the National Association of Legal Search Consultants (NALSC).
