About Abbey Schultz

Education: I am from Tallahassee, Florida. For my undergraduate degree, I went to Florida International University in Miami, Florida. I have my Juris Doctorate and my Masters in International Arbitration from the University of Miami school of Law. During law school, I worked part-time as a Barista at Starbucks and did a variety of legal internships in the area of personal injury, immigration, and sex crimes. I also attending COP27 in Sharm El Sheik, Egypt as a observer for the University of Miami School of Law. Asia: I was one of two undergraduates who received the Student Excellence Award for my Bachelors in Asian Studies with a Certificate in Japanese Studies. For my junior year of high school, I lived in Nakhon Pathom, Thailand as a Rotary International Youth Exchange Student, and during my undergraduate studies, I lived for a year in Osaka, Japan attending Kansai Gaidai University. For law school, I participated in Temple University's Global Legal Scholars Program for one semester in Tokyo, Japan and worked at Nissan Motor Corporation, Toridoll Holdings Corporation, and Kojima Law Offices. Kick Ass: I was a successful triathlete on the Florida International and University of Miami team. I placed first in the Miami Beach Half Marathon.
