About Abbie Fleming

I have a strong passion for marketing, especially in the FMCG industry. While working full time at Tibaldi as Marketing Manager, I have July completed my Level 6 Marketing Diploma through the Chartered Institute of Marketing, receiving three distinctions for Marketing & Digital Strategy, Innovation in Marketing and Managing Brands. I have also completed my Level 4 Professional Marketing Certificate (April 2017) which included three modules, Marketing Principles, Integrated Communications and Digital Marketing. Career Background: In January 2016 I was working within the brands department at Robert McBride, receiving a promotion in June 2016 which changed my role to be working in the Laundry Category where I managed powders and tablets through all category management stages. Alongside this I work on two brands, Oven Pride and Surcare. I then joined Essity in January 2018, formerly known as SCA a global company producing paper and personal care products for consumers and businesses. Here I worked very closely for one of the largest retailers in the UK helping to manage their own label paper brand. This role was extremely diverse managing the NPD process, end to end project management process, brand campaigns and having a very good understanding of product technical specs. Then came the big move to Australia in 2018, where I am currently the Marketing Manager at Tibaldi, working in the Smallgoods category, creating the marketing strategy for the business and managing the branded portfolio.
