Growing up in regional Western Australia shaped my commitment to improving healthcare where it’s often needed most. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of leading national programs that span strategy, stakeholder engagement, co-design, and evaluation. Whether partnering with governments, community groups, or health professionals, I bring curiosity, clarity, and a genuine desire to create meaningful, lasting change. I’m just as comfortable in a boardroom as I am on a country back road, and I believe relationships are the heart of strong systems. I’ve worked across project delivery, financial oversight, and team culture with a deep commitment to doing excellent work with integrity. Above all, I’m passionate about helping people thrive through smarter systems, courageous leadership, and community-led solutions.
