With over three years of experience in the retail and the make-up industry, I have a strong background in customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques. I am currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at Southern New Hampshire University, where I am learning how to effectively manage and develop talent, foster a positive work culture, and align organizational goals with employee performance. I have strong skills in administrative assistance, recruiting, marketing, and office administration, and I am passionate about delivering high-quality service and products to our customers and stakeholders.
