I am a dedicated and people-centric agile leader with a passion for fostering high-performing environments where team members can thrive. My journey began with a BA in Psychology from Arizona State University, which laid the foundation for my understanding of human behavior and team dynamics. Over the years, I've honed my skills as a Scrum Master at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where I coach teams to deliver value efficiently and mentor new Scrum Masters to nurture a growth mindset. My previous experience at Starbucks Coffee Company, where I served as a Scrum Master and Program Coordinator, allowed me to collaborate closely with product owners and cross-functional teams to optimize project outcomes and mentor individuals into agile roles. As a former Store Manager, I focused on reducing turnover and developing future leaders through personalized coaching and training. I am actively involved in mentoring programs and communities of practice, sharing my insights and strategies to support others in their professional journeys. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and dogs, exploring farmers markets, and indulging in baking.
