At Bamboo Health our products are focused on improving patient care which gives me the opportunity to feel as though my work makes a positive impact on the communities I serve by getting patients to the appropriate level of care, quicker. As a Sr. Program Manager, I am focused on delivering our behavioral health solutions on time, on budget with exceptional quality - while delivering top notch service to our customers and end users. I am passionate about finding ways to improve processes that will ultimately allow our customers to engage with us in a more efficient and meaningful way. I have several years of experience in implementation, operations, sales, customer service, project management and account management. I love the satisfaction that comes from reaching milestones and overcoming obstacles with both internal and external customers. I am constantly looking for ways to learn and grow in my professional environment.
